We are beyond pleased with the work Freschi Construction did on our driveway! We wish we had taken before and after pictures! We were in desperate need of a new “apron” at the bottom of our 400’ driveway as the asphalt was crumbling and just kept getting worse. Freschi came in and fixed the several patches on the concrete part of our driveway (using rebar!) and put in a beautiful asphalt “apron”. We have had so many compliments from neighbors “now your place really does look like an estate”, etc.! Freschi’s team is professional, honest and has integrity and they were wonderful in communicating the various steps to expect throughout the whole process (from Shirley in the office to the team on site). We chose them because previously, we had them put in a beautiful rock retaining wall and repair some other sections of our concrete driveway that were in need of repair. We highly recommend them and if, in the future, we were to need remodeling work, we’d choose them for that as well! Freschi totally renovated our master bathroom. They made me very effort to do things right, and we have a very nice bathroom. Nice folks, too!

We had Freshi construction put in circle driveway, with 2 entrances.. It had changing elevations and tight curves to deal with, making it very challenging, but they made sure it all came together perfectly, draining away the house, and out to the street. After considering removal of our 28 year-old rickety wooden deck and expanding it with TimberTech decking to incorporate a hot tub and shading, we approached Freschi Construction with plans drawn up by a local landscape architect based upon our initial concept. Freschi provided a detailed bid and was able to begin work on the project within two months during the summer. Between Marco and Jason, the design and material acquisition were completed efficiently, while consulting with us on various details and design questions. Demolition of the existing deck was accomplished in basically two days, including some excavation and ground leveling. A couple weeks later and on the original schedule, concrete was poured for the support of the hot tub and the deck supporting piers. From then on, basically the two-person crew of Will and David arrived promptly and early each weekday to construct the supporting beams and joists. They were very regular in their schedule, making it convenient to discuss project details in the mornings before they busied themselves with actual construction. Several design issues regarding deck perimeter, hot tub maintenance access, cantilevered umbrella support, and an integrated privacy wall arose, and I am in awe of how capable Jeremy and Will were in resolving quirky details on the spot and with very little delay. We are absolutely pleased with the final product and enjoyed interfacing with all of the Freschi personnel. If I had a concern or question regarding schedules, or building details, or construction draws, I needed only to send an email to Shirley, Jeremy, or Jason and would receive a response within minutes or certainly within the hour. Freschi Construction is a company of friendly, personable, and professional people. Last winter a tree fell on our garage during a big storm. We heard good things about Freschi Construction and invited them out to provide an estimate. Their excellent reputation proved to be true. During the entire process they were kind, empathetic, reliable and professional. They provided an estimate quickly and accurately, communicated clearly to our Fair Plan adjuster, showed up on time and on schedule. They communicated the permit process, construction plans, timelines and updates. On-site workers were polite, respectful and easy to work with. And the best news – the garage looks great! I cannot speak highly enough of Freschi. I had a decently sized residential job that involved moving quite a bit of earth and stone. It ended up being quite complicated. Louie and his team put in the time and effort to make sure that it all worked correctly and looked right. It is very nice that Louie is available and accessible to customers to make sure that the job is done well.

We had some roof damage caused by a Blue Jay or Woodpecker. The bird was stashing acorns under the comp roof shingles. It also lifted up the gutter screens and was filling the gutters with acorns. We called multiple roofing contractors, all but 1 was too busy to even come give us an estimate. The 1 contractor that was interested in giving an estimate made an appointment for late April. I saw Freschi answer a plumbing question on Facebook. I asked if they could do a roof repair. Brett said yes and gave me their number. There was a lady who actually answered the phone. 2 days later Brett was at the house and sent 2 guys out to do repairs the next day. They showed up on time. I explained the problem and they went to work. They stayed busy and made the repairs. I would Highly recommend them.
